This movie really appealed to the romance lover in me. It is two love stories in one coupled with beautiful, melodic music and scenic views that are simply breath taking. The tale begins with Ji-Hyae, who likes the same guy as her friend Soo Kyung. While cleaning, Ji-Hyae finds some old letters belonging to mother Jo Hee detailing the romance between her and her first love, Joon-Hee. Many years prior, Jo Hee had met Joon-Hee and felt instantly drawn to him but she is hindered by a forced betrothal to Joon-Hee's best friend Tae Soo.

The story switches back and forth between Ji-Hyae and the love triangle that is going on with her and her best friend being in love with Sang Min, and flashbacks of her mother’s love triangle. The viewer is taken on a journey that will leave you alternately wiping tears and rejoicing as the two triangles move towards a resolution. In order not to spoil the ending, I will just say that one love story has a typical happy ending while the other d oes not. The one with the typical happy ending though is full of surprise revelations that makes it unique and refreshing.
